Return and Exchange Policy
You are eligible for Return, Refund or exchange of a product if:
- Your product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery. (You need to inform us within 48 hours of delivery - with a brief explanation of damage/defect and pictures on our WhatsApp @ 0320-2268861)
- Your products/order is incomplete.
- You will have refund if paid in advance if your products will not be delivered within the guaranteed time excluding 3 to 4 days of processing period)
You are NOT eligible for return, refund or exchange of a products if:
- You changed your mind regarding any product purchased.
- You wanted to get an exchange after 1 week of delivery.
- If you have ordered an Electronic Toy, these products come without any Guarantees, we will try our best to help with the functioning of the product, however Electronic Toys are not covered under Returns and Exchange policy.
Processing Times for Return/Refund and Exchange of Products
For Exchange of products: Depending on the nature of the Case, approximate time to process a Replacement of a product is 7-14 Working days subject to availability of the product with us, in case we do not have the same product in stock for replacement, the amount of the product will be refunded.
For Refund of a Damaged/Defective product: Refunds will be issued within 7-10 Working days after return of the damaged/defective products to us with its Complete Original packing.
